Write and publish a post

Create a post, add content, check the preview, and publish it right away or schedule it for later.

    Open Blog and select New post. A draft is created and the editor opens.

    Type a title and an optional subtitle, then select Start writing or Add block to add text, images and other blocks.

    In the settings panel, fill in the summary, category, author, tags and cover image.

    Check the address at the top. Select the sparkle button to let AI suggest a short, readable address from your title.

    Copy the preview link to see the draft as readers will see it. Then publish now, or choose Schedule and pick a date and time.

Select Draft with AI to get a starting text from a short brief. It uses credits, and you always edit the result before publishing.

Your changes save automatically while you type. The status next to the title shows when everything is saved.

A draft can be shared with a preview link. The link works without signing in for 7 days and is not shown in search results. A post that has not been published never appears on your public blog.

Each post has a status: draft, in review, scheduled, published, rejected or archived. If your workspace requires review before publishing, a member submits the post and an approver publishes or rejects it with a note.

In the post list you can search, filter by status, category and author, sort, pin important posts to the top, duplicate a post, export the list as CSV and change several posts at once.

FAQs

Can I publish at a time I choose?
Yes. Choose Schedule, pick a date and time, and the post goes live at that moment. You can cancel the schedule before then.
What happens to the link if I archive or delete a post?
The post disappears from the public blog and its address stops working. If you change an address, add a redirect so old links still lead somewhere.
