Grow subscribers and collect leads

Let readers subscribe by email, import an existing list, and collect contact details with lead forms placed inside posts.

    Open Subscribers to see everyone who subscribed, with their status and how often they get email.

    To add people you already know, select Import, paste addresses or choose a CSV file, and select Send confirmation emails.

    To collect leads, open Lead forms and select New form. Choose the fields, the button text and the thank-you message.

    Open a post, add a Form block and pick the form.

    Review the received leads under the form list and select Export CSV to take them to your own tools.

Add your team address to the form so you are notified the moment a lead arrives.

Readers join with a confirmation email, so only real addresses become active subscribers. Until they confirm, they show as waiting for confirmation.

People who unsubscribed are never added again, even if you import them. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

A form always asks for an email address. You can add name, phone and message, and up to 10 extra fields such as a dropdown or checkbox.

A form can send each new lead to another service through a web address you provide, can notify your team by email, and can open a page of your choice after it is sent.

FAQs

Why is a subscriber still waiting for confirmation?
They have not selected the link in the confirmation email yet. They only start receiving posts after they do.
Can I turn a form off?
Yes. A form that is switched off stops accepting new leads, and the leads you already received stay in the list.
