v0.041.074

  • Export request button waits its turn — the data export button is now disabled while a file is being prepared or within 24 hours of the last one, and says when you can ask again (web).
  • More complete data export — the export now also lists workspace contact details you gave for billing, sender addresses, content reports you filed and messages sent to you through a workspace (web).

v0.041.073

  • Complete data export as a ZIP — requesting your personal data now returns a ZIP with your profile, memberships, activity, sign-ins, consents, emails, comments, files list, subscriptions and billing records, split into files of at most 40,000 lines each, plus a manifest that lists what each file holds and what is left out and why (web).

v0.041.072

  • Data export downloads as a file — the file you request on the privacy page now saves to your computer instead of opening as text in the browser (web).

v0.041.071

  • Change the email language — every newsroom email now links to a page where a subscriber picks the email language and categories, and subscribing again with the same address in another language sends a confirmation in that language before the change applies (web).
  • Clearer notification button — the last button on a notification now names where it goes (Articles, Report or Open) and stays on one line on phones (web).
  • Newsroom cards no longer cut off — press release and other card sections on the newsroom home now grow to fit their cards and move the sections below down, instead of hiding titles and dates on wide screens (web).

v0.041.070

  • Your data export is ready within 24 hours — a personal data export is now ready within a day of your request, can be downloaded for 72 hours, and is then deleted. Only one request runs at a time, a failed request can be made again right away, and a finished one can be repeated after 24 hours (web).
  • Notifications and consent history — Account now shows when your email consent last changed, and the consent history page filters and pages through every entry without a cap (web).
  • Stronger checks on sensitive actions — exporting or downloading your data, deleting your account and signing out other devices now stop immediately once a session has been ended, and a sign-in security check that cannot be completed is refused instead of allowed (web).
  • Consent results by email — after you agree to or withdraw marketing or product update emails, we send a notice of the result, and retry if sending failed. Your consent history is kept when you delete your account (web).

v0.041.069

  • Newsroom robots and llms.txt addresses — the sitemap address listed in a newsroom robots.txt and llms.txt now points to the sitemap itself instead of a page that did not exist (web).
  • Newsroom addresses only on the app address — the old path-style newsroom addresses on the marketing site and the app host now return not found instead of redirecting, because they were never shared (web).
  • Domain setup shows our own alias — the DNS record shown when you connect a subdomain now points to a Marcomm alias, so a later hosting change needs no DNS edit on your side (web).

v0.041.068

  • Easier newsroom domains — paste a full address and Marcomm keeps just the host, and a domain itself such as example.com now works next to subdomains, using an A record instead of a CNAME. The connection check and the automatic recheck use the same rules, and a connected domain shows a link to open it (web).

v0.041.067

  • Guide follows the free trial — a new guide article explains what happens when a trial or plan ends, the old free plan limits article now forwards to it, and articles on monitoring, the newsroom, credits, storage and cancellation no longer describe a Free plan (web).

v0.041.066

  • Two-year consent reminder — if you agreed to marketing or product update emails, we now email you every 2 years from the date you agreed to remind you that you are subscribed, with that date and how to stop. Nothing changes unless you choose to, and unsubscribing is still one click from any of these emails (web).
  • Email records — we now keep a short record of each email we send you (kind, subject, time, never the content) for 1 year, as the Privacy Policy now says, and delete it when you delete your account (web).

v0.041.065

  • Free trial instead of a Free plan — the pricing page now lists Pro, Team and Enterprise, and the home page, pricing page and sign-up say it plainly: a free 14-day trial, no credit card or commitment required (web).

v0.041.064

  • Export by menu — workspace settings now has a Data export page where owners and admins download press releases, media contacts, newsroom, distribution history, uploaded files, comments, workspace info or everything, each with its approximate size (web).
  • Large exports in the background — sets with original files, large sets and the full export are built in the background without a size cap, split into files of up to 1 GB, and you get an email when they are ready to download from the export page for 7 days (web).

v0.041.063

  • Terms of Service update — from October 15, 2026 there is no Free plan. New workspaces get a 14-day free trial, and a workspace whose trial or plan ends is paused until a plan is chosen, with its data kept (web).

v0.041.062

  • A 14-day trial for new workspaces — a new workspace now opens with 14 days of Team features and no card, once per account, and admins get an email 3 days before and on the day the trial ends (web).

v0.041.061

  • Locked workspaces close their newsroom — when a workspace is locked, its public newsroom shows a short notice that the page is not available instead of the content, and it stops appearing in search results (web).

v0.041.060

  • Accurate plan comparison — the pricing table and plan cards now show which modules each plan includes, read from the same rules that open them in the product (web).
  • Seat names in the operator console — the user detail page shows seat types with their product names instead of internal codes (web).

v0.041.059

  • Newsroom sitemap addresses — Newsroom SEO settings now show the sitemap, robots.txt and llms.txt addresses with copy buttons, using your connected domain when there is one (web).
  • One address in search results — a newsroom with a connected subdomain now names that domain as its canonical address and asks search engines to skip the app address, and changing the domain clears the old connection status (web).

v0.041.058

  • Newsroom addresses — the public newsroom opens only on the app address or on your own domain, and the marketing address now forwards to it. Each page names the address it is served from as its canonical address (web).
  • Newsroom RSS feed removed — the public newsroom no longer publishes an RSS feed. Email subscriptions and the sitemap are unchanged (web).

v0.041.057

  • Slack disconnect cleans up — disconnecting Slack now also removes the saved link between Slack users and Marcomm accounts, and deleting a workspace first revokes its Slack access (web).
  • Billing settings lose an empty field — the phone number row in billing settings is gone, since nothing could fill it in (web).

v0.041.056

  • Waitlist entries expire — a name left on the sign-up waitlist is now deleted 30 days after it was added even if sign-ups never reopen, and the notice you accept says so (web).
  • Privacy Policy covers Slack — it now explains what is sent to Slack when a workspace admin connects it, and the unused gender and phone number values left from earlier versions were cleared from accounts (web).

v0.041.055

  • Reports load nothing from other sites — report pages now carry their typeface inside the document, so opening a report no longer sends your address to an outside font service (web).
  • More complete Privacy Policy — it now covers the sign-up waitlist, account closure feedback, last-use time, trash retention and the full company names of ad partners (web).
  • Trash empties for real — if a file in the trash cannot be removed from storage, it now stays in the trash and is retried the next day instead of being forgotten (web).
  • Legal tables on phones — the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy tables now stack one row at a time on narrow screens, so the retention and duration columns are no longer pushed off screen (web).

v0.041.054

  • Guide to deleting your account — a new guide article walks through each step of deleting your account with screenshots, including what is deleted right away and which records the law requires us to keep (web).
  • Deletion schedule on phones — on narrow screens the deletion schedule now lists when, what and the legal basis one row at a time instead of hiding two columns (web).
  • Easier to tap the sentiment lock — the lock shown in place of sentiment on the Free plan now has a larger touch area, and its button uses the same plan wording as the billing pages in Korean and German (web).
  • Tidier privacy and deletion screens — sign-in records show a placeholder while loading, disabled delete buttons look like other disabled buttons, and the export link in the workspace delete dialog matches the text around it (web).

v0.041.053

  • Same refund rule for everyone — ending an annual plan early now follows one rule for every customer: the deduction is the lesser of the time used at the monthly list price and the time used plus 10% of the remaining period. The Terms, sign-up, pricing and guide pages say the same, in every language (web).
  • Language note on legal pages — the Terms, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy now end with a note that the Korean version prevails and other languages are provided for convenience (web).
  • Retention wording matches the product — the Privacy Policy now says when inactive workspaces are deleted and what is kept with consent records (web).

v0.041.052

  • One contact address — the contact page, brand guide, billing screens, notification emails and llms.txt now all point to the same support address, replacing addresses that could not receive replies (web).
  • Clearer public pages — the contact, resources and monitoring pages now describe what each covers, including that automatic collection is Korean news and other outlets can be added by URL (web).
  • Release notes you can link to — each release now has its own heading, link anchor and machine-readable date (web).

v0.041.051

  • Tidier sign-up agreement — the age and business-use item now opens its explanation in a window, and the two privacy notices sit at the top as links to the matching parts of the Privacy Policy instead of long text under each line (web).

v0.041.050

  • Clearer waitlist email — the one-time email sent when sign-ups reopen now says plainly that your personal data was deleted from the waitlist, in every language (web).

v0.041.049

  • Export your workspace data — owners and admins can download press releases, media contacts, the newsroom, distribution history and uploaded files as one ZIP file from workspace settings, and the delete dialog suggests exporting first (web).
  • Files removed with the workspace — deleting a workspace now also removes comment attachments and report files from storage, and retries on its own if storage is briefly unavailable (web).
  • Notices from Marcomm AI — changes to the terms, the service or our subprocessors and planned maintenance now appear as a line at the top of your workspace that you can dismiss, and owners and admins may also get them by email (web).
  • Sanctioned regions — sign-up, sign-in and workspaces are not available from comprehensively sanctioned countries and regions, while public newsrooms stay readable (web).
  • Renewal reminder described correctly — the notification settings now say annual plans get a reminder 30 days before they renew (web).

v0.041.048

  • Report rights infringement on newsrooms — every public newsroom and press release now has a Report link that opens a form for copyright, defamation or privacy claims, and the reporter hears back by email (web).
  • Clear notice when a workspace is locked — if our operations team locks a workspace under the Terms, members see the reason and how to reach us instead of the workspace, and can still export data or delete their account (web).
  • Owners told about enforcement — workspace owners and admins get an email in their language when a workspace is locked or unlocked, when email sending is stopped or resumed, and when a reported item is hidden, restored or deleted (web).

v0.041.047

  • Privacy Policy rewritten — the Privacy Policy now lists exactly what we collect, why, on what legal basis and for how long, which processors and countries are involved, how payment data goes to our payment provider and how to exercise your rights, with replies within 10 days (web).
  • Cookie Policy matches the cookies we set — the Cookie Policy now lists every cookie the service sets with its real duration, names the advertising partners that may be used after you agree to marketing cookies and drops a tool we do not use (web).
  • Simpler cookie choices — the cookie settings now offer analytics and marketing only, since language and time zone settings are needed for the service to work (web).

v0.041.046

  • Tone shown as a lock on the Free plan — articles on the Free plan are not scored for tone, so the tone dot is now a lock; hover or tap it to see what tone analysis does and change your plan (web).
  • Tone charts locked on the Free plan — tone cards and charts in media analysis, competitor compare and the today board show the same lock instead of empty numbers (web).

v0.041.045

  • Business use confirmed at sign-up — signing up now asks you to confirm that you are 14 or older and signing up for business or work, and that you may accept the Terms for your organization (web).
  • Personal data notices instead of consents — how we handle personal data and which processors we use are now shown as notices at sign-up, since they are needed to provide the service, and the notice says when model choices such as DeepSeek or Kimi send data abroad (web).
  • Consent before payment — every payment screen now asks you to agree that your name, email and billing address go to our payment provider before checkout opens (web).

v0.041.044

  • Terms match how the service works — the Terms of Service now describe how we ask for consent to changes, how AI output is labeled, how to report content, item by item data export and the annual early exit refund, exactly as the service does them (web).
  • Clear retention periods in the Privacy Policy — the Privacy Policy now lists how long each kind of record is kept, including sign-in records kept for 90 days after you delete your account (web).
  • One contact address for legal questions — the Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and account emails now all point to the same contact address (web).

v0.041.043

  • Refund after scheduling a cancellation — if you cancel within 7 days of paying and have not used AI features or credits, you can still get a full refund while the plan runs to the end of its period (web).
  • End an annual plan now — the cancel dialog for annual plans lets you keep the plan to the end of the term or end it now and get back the unused share, worked out at the monthly price for the months you used; the workspace moves to Free right away (web).
  • Refund amounts shown first — the refund, cancel and credit pack dialogs show how much comes back before you confirm (web).
  • Credit pack refunds — a credit pack bought in the last 7 days can be refunded for the credits you have not used (web).
  • Plan credits renew on your billing date — included credits now reset each month on the day your plan renews instead of on the 1st (web).
  • Refund before deleting a workspace — deleting a workspace on a paid plan first refunds whatever is due, and the workspace is kept if the refund fails (web).

v0.041.042

  • AI label on press releases — a press release drafted with AI now shows an AI label in the editor and on its detail page, and we keep which model wrote it (web).
  • Notice before AI drafts — every place that drafts text with AI now says that the result is AI generated and should be checked before use (web).
  • Model usage policies — the model picker links to the usage policy of the provider you choose and only lists models that are set up for your workspace (web).
  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails — a link in marketing emails unsubscribes you after one confirmation, and we email you once to confirm any change to your marketing choice (web).
  • Page visit records kept for one year — records of which pages were visited are deleted automatically after a year (web).

v0.041.041

  • Shorter sign-up agreement — the key points about renewals, refunds and payment are now one required item in the agreement list; "View" opens them in a window and "Confirm" ticks the item (web).
  • Full notice before you pay — the plan purchase page now shows every key point (automatic renewal, taxes, the 7-day refund rule, annual cancellation, payment failure and AI output) right above the plans, not only the refund line (web).
  • No more silent security check — if the security check on sign-in, sign-up or the waitlist stops responding, the form now shows a retry option after 30 seconds instead of waiting forever (web).

v0.041.040

  • Account deletion in five steps — sort out the workspaces you own, download your data, see exactly what is deleted when and why, tell us why you are leaving if you like, then confirm with an email code; the account is deleted right away (web).
  • Delete your own sign-in records — Account settings now lets you delete sign-in records older than 90 days after an email code; the last 90 days are kept as Korean law requires (web).
  • Delete workspace records — workspace owners can delete activity and AI usage records from the activity log; billing activity, notices we sent and usage still counted for credits or billing are kept (web).
  • No tone scoring on the Free plan — articles collected on the Free plan are no longer scored for tone, so no AI credits are spent on it (web).

v0.041.039

  • Seats billed with your plan — a new reviewer seat is charged only for the days left until your plan's next billing date, then renews on the same day as your plan (web).
  • Refunds on discounted payments — a refund on a discounted payment is now worked out from what you actually paid, not the price before the discount (web).

v0.041.038

  • Section links land in view — jumping to a section from a table of contents or a link (Privacy Policy, Terms, Cookie Policy and more) no longer hides its heading under the top menu bar (web).

v0.041.037

  • Waitlist consent on its own page — while sign-ups are paused, each required consent on the waitlist form now opens its full notice on a separate page instead of expanding inside the form (web).
  • Clear message when the security check fails — if the security check on the sign-up or waitlist form cannot finish, the form now says so and offers a retry button instead of leaving the button greyed out (web).

v0.041.036

  • Annual seats in the renewal reminder — annual reviewer seats now get the same email 30 days before they renew, and when the plan and seats renew within the same month they arrive together in one email with each date and amount listed (web).

v0.041.035

  • Monitoring scope stated plainly — the FAQs now say that automatic collection covers Korean news, and that articles from any other outlet can be added by URL and are counted alongside (web).
  • Accurate Resources summary — the Resources page description in search results now lists what the page links to: the product guide, release notes, the brand guide and the blog (web).
  • Cleaner page outline — footer column titles and guide article dates are now marked up so search engines read the page structure and publication dates correctly (web).

v0.041.034

  • Marketing email in the Privacy Policy — the Privacy Policy now says what marketing email is for, how long consent lasts and where to turn it off, and the sign-up consent links straight to that part (web).
  • Consent links instead of folds — each sign-up consent now opens the full text it refers to (Terms of Service or the matching Privacy Policy section) in a new tab (web).

v0.041.033

  • Clean French page titles — French titles, descriptions and the AI summary file showed broken characters where a colon or question mark belonged; they now read correctly (web).
  • Product questions answered on the features page — the features page now answers nine common questions, such as what Marcomm AI is, what it costs and whether it comes with a journalist database, in every language (web).
  • One clear company location — search engines and AI assistants now get the same facts everywhere: registered office in Gyeonggi, teams in Seoul and London (web).

v0.041.032

  • Guide headings in order — the topic cards and the help box on the Guide home now sit one level under the page title, so screen readers and search engines read the page outline correctly (web).

v0.041.031

  • Pauses take effect — when we pause a feature for maintenance, it now stops within a minute, including scheduled press releases and scheduled emails (web).
  • Clear notice during a pause — a line at the top of your workspace says what is paused and that it comes back on by itself, and a paused action explains why in your language (web).
  • Waitlist while sign-ups are paused — the sign-up page takes your name and email, we email you once when sign-ups reopen, and then delete your details (web).
  • Workspace isolation fixes — a report link from another workspace can no longer be returned, and six actions no longer show "not found" when the address uses the workspace name (web).

v0.041.030

  • Company address for search engines — the site now tells search engines where Digitalog Technologies is registered and where its office is, so company details in search results match the business information in the footer (web).

v0.041.029

  • Updated Terms of Service — the Terms now cover data processing for your contacts, AI labeling and model choice, confidentiality, preview features, connected services, usage limits, switching providers, and dispute resolution, in all 19 languages (web).
  • Longer history for your records — workspace activity and AI usage records are now kept for three years, sign-in records for one year (web).
  • Deletion record kept — when old records are deleted, we keep a note of what kind, how many, from which period, and why, without the content (web).

v0.041.028

  • Faster home page on phones — sections further down the home page are drawn as you scroll to them, so the first screen appears and responds sooner (web).
  • Guide articles load from cache — each Guide article is now kept ready after its first visit instead of being rebuilt for every reader (web).
  • Fewer English leftovers — about 500 labels that still showed in English (role names, member types, the footer, save and cancel buttons, FAQ headings, resource cards and more) now appear in each of the 18 other languages (web).

v0.041.027

  • Annual renewal reminder — annual plans now get an email 30 days before renewal with the date and amount, so you can cancel in time (web).
  • Credit expiry reminder — purchased AI credits now get an email 30 days before they expire, with how many are left (web).
  • China-based model notice — choosing a China-based AI model for a press release now shows a clear note that your input is sent to China (web).
  • Error reports without your content — error reports no longer include request bodies or cookies, so drafts and contacts never leave in a crash report (web).
  • Old logs deleted on schedule — sign-in, activity, AI usage, and webhook records are deleted after one year and error records after 90 days (web).

v0.041.026

  • Lighter marketing pages — the home, pricing and other public pages no longer carry the full Guide text in their page data, so they download and start faster; the Guide loads its text only on its own pages (web).
  • Clearer links on the home page — each "Learn more" link in the product tour now tells screen readers and search engines which feature it opens (web).

v0.041.025

  • Long sign-up steps fit the screen — when a sign-up or sign-in step is taller than the screen, it now starts at the top instead of cutting off the logo, and on phones the logo no longer crowds the language switcher (web).

v0.041.024

  • Agree before you sign up — signing up now starts with a short agreement step: the Terms, the collection and use of personal data, and the outsourcing and overseas transfer of data are required, marketing emails are optional, and each item shows its details (web).
  • No accidental accounts — signing in with a Google or Microsoft account that has never signed up now takes you to the agreement step instead of creating an account silently (web).
  • Complete list of overseas data processors — the Privacy Policy now lists every company that processes your data abroad, including file storage, payments, sign-in, error tracking and the database host in Singapore, with what is transferred and how (web).

v0.041.023

  • Every page says who Marcomm AI is for — the home, feature and pricing pages now name PR, marketing and marketing communications teams, and describe Press CRM, the online newsroom, share price and competitor tracking and crisis response in plain words, in all 19 languages (web).
  • How Marcomm AI differs, answered — the home FAQ now explains how Marcomm AI goes beyond AI writing and social listening to cover the whole corporate communications job, in 19 languages for global companies (web).

v0.041.022

  • Credit expiry explained correctly — the credits page and pricing FAQ now say what happens: each purchase is its own batch and expires 12 months after the day you paid (web).
  • Menu names display correctly — two settings menu names in Traditional Chinese and Thai showed broken characters (web).

v0.041.021

  • Newsroom stories and announcements save what you write — the body is now saved in full, and editing an entry updates it instead of adding a second copy (web).

v0.041.020

  • New Terms of Service — the Terms now set out fees and taxes (prices exclude VAT), automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, AI output and data deletion in 25 articles, in every language, with the Korean version prevailing (web).
  • Clearer refund rules — within 7 days of a plan payment you get a refund minus the share of AI credits used; ending an annual plan early refunds the rest after the time used is recalculated at the monthly price (web).

v0.041.019

  • A product guide that matches the product — all 42 guide articles are rewritten from how Marcomm AI works today, with the real menu names, steps and limits, in all 19 languages (web).
  • More answers in every guide article — each article now explains what the feature is for and what happens next, and answers the questions people ask about it (web).

v0.041.018

  • Guide articles lead to the rest — each guide article now lists the other articles in its section with a short summary, and links to every other topic (web).
  • Addresses typed in capitals work — an address like /Pricing or /pt-BR now opens the right page instead of the sign-in screen (web).

v0.041.017

  • A home page about automating communications — the home page now leads with what Marcomm AI automates across your communications, in all 19 languages, with a rewritten FAQ and comparison (web).
  • Every guide article has its own page — each of the 42 product guide articles now opens at its own address in every language, with links to the previous and next article (web).
  • Share cards in your language — links to the site now show a preview image with a line in the reader language (web).

v0.041.016

  • Uploaded images load in link previews — press kit link previews and the sign-in page image now load the uploaded file through a short-lived secure link, so they show up instead of a broken image (web).

v0.041.015

  • Search results in your language — every page now has its own search title and summary written for each of the 19 languages, and AI assistants get the same answers about Marcomm AI in each of them (web).
  • Your language from the first visit — opening the site for the first time takes you to the version in your browser language, at its own address (web).
  • Clear page not found — an address that does not exist now says so instead of sending you to sign in (web).

v0.041.014

  • Press kit link previews show their image — sharing a public press kit whose first logo or product image was uploaded to Marcomm now shows that image in link previews instead of none (web).

v0.041.013

  • Stay signed in answers go through — after signing in, choosing Yes or No on the stay signed in screen did nothing. Both now take you into your workspace (web).
  • Found in every language — search engines and AI assistants now read each page in its own language, with the page name, its place in the site and its address in that language, and every language version is listed in the sitemap (web).
  • Found by every name — Marcomm AI is now recognised under the names people search for, including Marcom and its Korean and Japanese spellings (web).

v0.041.012

  • Every table fits small screens — tables with a set minimum width, such as journalists, media analysis, reports and invitations, now fold their detail columns on phones too, and a long title shortens with an ellipsis instead of pushing actions off screen (web).
  • Comparison views still scroll — the outlet company comparison and the plan comparison table keep every column side by side and scroll sideways, since comparing across is their point (web).
  • Sign-in links work again — opening a workspace link while signed out showed an error instead of the sign-in page. The sign-in page now opens and takes you back to that link afterwards (web).

v0.041.011

  • Stay signed in — right after you sign in, Marcomm asks whether to keep you signed in on that device. Choose Yes to skip signing in for up to 30 days after your last activity, or No to keep the 24-hour sign-out (web).
  • Workspace control over staying signed in — owners can turn Stay signed in off or set its maximum length (3, 7 or 30 days) in Settings > Security. Members of several workspaces follow the strictest setting (web).
  • Signing out forgets the device choice — signing out also clears Don’t ask again on that device, so the next person on a shared computer is asked again (web).

v0.041.010

  • Tables fit phones and tablets — below 1024px wide, a table that would run past the screen now folds its right-hand detail columns instead of scrolling sideways; the name and actions stay, and wider screens show every column again (web).
  • Cleaner plan locks in the sidebar — modules your plan does not include show a lock icon, with the required plan in a tooltip, so long labels in languages such as Japanese no longer spill out of the menu (web).
  • No more errors from locked modules — on plans without Crisis management, the menu no longer asks for crisis counts it cannot have (web).

v0.041.009

  • Agency mode retired — the agency dashboard, bulk reports, client switcher, client workspaces and agency-shared report templates are gone; every workspace now works the same way and access is by direct membership only (web).
  • Simpler onboarding — creating a workspace no longer asks what kind of team you are; it goes straight to choosing what to monitor (web).
  • Folder settings, trimmed — the external collaborator access switch is gone from folder settings; folder visibility and per-person permissions work as before (web).

v0.041.008

  • Site analytics on the new address — Marcomm site analytics now report to a Google Analytics property for marcomm.works, still only after you accept analytics cookies (web).

v0.041.007

  • Uploads to Content Hub work again — uploading a file no longer fails with a message that storage could not be reached (web).

v0.041.006

  • Fewer false new-device emails — signing in with the same browser from a network you have used in the last 90 days no longer sends a new-device email, even after cookies are cleared, a new browser profile is used, or the web address changes (web).

v0.041.005

  • Dropdown search, one look — the search field at the top of every dropdown is now a single full-width row with a thin divider instead of a boxed input, so its outline no longer gets cut off at the panel edge (web).
  • No scrollbars in dropdowns — dropdown and menu lists scroll with the wheel, touch, or arrow keys without drawing a scrollbar (web).
  • Phone country picks the right country — countries that share a dialing code, such as the United States and Canada on +1, are no longer all marked as selected; only the country you chose is checked, and saved numbers open on the main country for their code (web).

v0.041.004

  • Send failed status for press releases — when a distribution reaches no one, the release now shows Send failed instead of staying In review or turning Published, so you know the send was attempted (web).
  • Fix and send again — a release that failed to send can be distributed again right away, or edited first, which moves it back to draft (web).
  • Article counts without a 20,000 cap — Press CRM outlet counts, Company analysis and Media analysis now count every matching article in the period instead of stopping at the latest 20,000, so the three screens keep showing the same numbers (web).

v0.041.003

  • Groundwork for an address change — if the Marcomm web address is changed later, pages on the previous address forward to the same page on the new one, while webhooks, one-click unsubscribe and links in emails already sent keep working on the previous address, and custom newsroom domains pointed at the previous address stay verified. Nothing changes today (web).

v0.041.002

  • Untapped outlets count each article once — in Company analysis, an article that covers two competitors now adds one to the competitor article count of an outlet, matching the total article count everywhere else, and outlet names with stray spaces no longer split into two rows (web).

v0.041.001

  • Press releases menu, organized — the Press releases menu now opens into All press releases, Write a press release, and a new Feedback & approvals page (web).
  • Feedback & approvals — one page lists the releases waiting on your decision and the ones you sent for approval, with each release version and how many approvers have signed off (web).
  • Approval lines with several approvers — request approval from any number of approvers and CC teammates, or load a saved approval line; the release publishes once every approver approves (web).
  • Rejections come with a reason — approvers write what to change when they reject, and the author sees those notes above the editor while preparing the next version (web).
  • Versions you can see — every release shows its version number, and you can request approval again or withdraw a pending request from the release page (web).

v0.040.216

  • Press releases sent on the reporter page — the Communication tab now lists every press release that went to this reporter and when it was sent (web).
  • CC kept on later sends — CC addresses on a scheduled or approval-gated press release distribution now go out with it, the same as an immediate send, and a malformed CC address is caught before anything is sent (web).

v0.040.215

  • Clear where press kit content lives — each press kit section says that saving updates every kit, and the kit pages point you to the Press Kits menu for company, products and the rest (web).
  • Safer section saves — a section that failed to load can no longer be saved empty, and saving two sections at the same moment keeps both changes (web).
  • Kit settings stay separate — changing a kit name, version or visibility never rolls back section content saved at the same time (web).

v0.040.214

  • Approved press releases go out — a press release distribution that needs approval now sends once the last approver signs off, at the time you scheduled or right away; before, the approved send could reach no one (web).
  • Accurate send counts — the outlet list counts only emails that were actually sent, not ones waiting for approval, cancelled, or failed (web).
  • Delete only when you can — Delete group on the outlet group page appears only for members who can edit (web).

v0.040.213

  • Same companies in both views — with no company picked, Media analysis now covers the same companies as Company analysis: your company and competitors not marked as group companies. The company filter lists that same set, so the overall article, outlet and reporter counts match (web).

v0.040.212

  • Press kit sections in the sidebar — Press Kits now opens a submenu: All press kits, Company, Affiliates, Products, Key executives, Media, Press releases and Contacts (web).
  • Manage each section on its own page — add, edit and delete companies, products, executives, media, linked press releases and contacts directly from each submenu page (web).
  • One set of content for every kit — sections are shared across your workspace, so a save updates every press kit at once; each kit keeps its own name, version and visibility (web).
  • Faster kit creation — a new press kit only asks for a name and version and starts with your saved sections (web).

v0.040.211

  • One total, counted once — the total in the middle of the Company analysis charts now counts an article about two companies once, so it matches Media analysis. A short note explains when the company figures add up to more (web).
  • Same outlet and reporter counts — Company analysis and Media analysis now count outlets and reporters the same way, overall and per company. A reporter is a name at an outlet, so two people with the same name at different outlets stay apart (web).

v0.040.210

  • Press release sends reach your reporters — emails sent from a press release now link to the matching reporter in your workspace, so send counts and last sent show up on outlets and reporter groups (web).
  • Reporter groups open on click — the Actions column is gone; click a row to open the group, where you can also delete it (web).

v0.040.209

  • Same article count in Company analysis and Media analysis — for the same period and company both screens now count exactly the same articles. Media analysis no longer stops at the latest 500 articles, and Last 30 days covers the same 30 dates on both (web).
  • Outlet analysis and Reporter analysis — the two Media analysis tabs have new names (web).

v0.040.208

  • Outlet numbers about your company — the outlet list now counts only articles about your own company, so keywords you removed no longer inflate the article and sentiment columns; other companies live in Compare companies (web).
  • Same numbers in both views — your company column in Compare companies always matches the outlet list (web).
  • Tidier outlet groups — the group list shows the outlet count and the outlets in separate, clearly named columns, a click on a row opens the group, and Delete group moved into the group page (web).
  • Reporter groups match outlet groups — both tabs now share the same header with a short description, and the summary cards above reporter groups are gone (web).

v0.040.207

  • Compare companies by outlet — a new Compare companies view in Press CRM outlets puts your company and each competitor side by side, with the number of articles each outlet wrote about them in the last 90 days (web).
  • See where coverage was positive — every company cell shows the positive article count next to the total, and a sentiment bar with exact counts when you hover (web).
  • Sort by any company — click a company column to find the outlets that write about that company most (web).

v0.040.206

  • Newer writing model for press releases — the most refined writing option in the press release model picker now runs on the newest generation of that model, at the same credit cost (web).

v0.040.205

  • Outlet and reporter groups in one place — Groups in the Press CRM menu now opens with two tabs, Outlet groups first and Reporter groups second (web).
  • Old group links still work — bookmarks to the previous outlet group pages open the same groups at their new address (web).

v0.040.204

  • Favorite outlets from the list — a star now sits before every outlet name in Press CRM, so you can mark or unmark a favorite without opening the outlet (web).
  • Outlet favorites save again — the star on an outlet page was rolling back on every click; it now stays on (web).
  • A cleaner outlet list — the tab row above the table and the Open column are gone; click any row to open the outlet (web).

v0.040.203

  • Media analysis filters match company analysis — the monitored target and outlet filters now use the same dropdown as compare companies, with checkboxes, search, company color dots and more than one choice at a time (web).

v0.040.202

  • One way to set the period on company news — the separate extend collection button is gone; the date picker at the top sets the period for every card (web).
  • Press releases stand out on the article chart — the dot above each day you published a press release is now Marcomm purple (web).
  • Side cards stay put — opening Show more under the stock or article count chart no longer resizes or moves the top outlets and top reporters cards (web).
  • More topics at a glance — top topics fill the card with topics from earlier weeks in your chosen period instead of showing only the latest week (web).

v0.040.201

  • Sign-in pages in your language — the sign-in and sign-up screens can show a short section beside the form with a headline, text, an image and a button, set separately for each of the 19 languages (web).
  • Sign-in first on every screen — on phones and tablets that section sits below the form, so signing in is always the first thing you reach (web).
  • Safer sign-in links — buttons on the sign-in screen only open secure https addresses or pages on our own site (web).

v0.040.200

  • Today monitoring side by side — on tablets and desktops, events and coverage tone sit next to each other in two equal halves, with a fuller tone breakdown by level (web).
  • Press kits beside the daily numbers — the latest press kits, up to three, now sit next to the event and alert counts, and the remaining dashboard cards fill a tidy two by two grid (web).

v0.040.199

  • Simpler today view — the monitoring section on the dashboard shows just its title and the events of the day, without a period picker, shortcut link or extra description (web).
  • Dashboard cards sized to their content — short lists like press kits, reports, PR strategies and upcoming events sit together in compact rows, and recent activity has its own full-width row below (web).
  • Visible focus on table checkboxes — the select all checkbox in table headers shows its full focus ring (web).
  • Security check follows theme changes — switching between light and dark mode on the sign-in screen updates the security check right away (web).
  • Consistent cards — popular press releases on public newsrooms, the refund notice in billing and empty media library screens use the same card style as the rest of the app, and crisis template badges are easier to read (web).

v0.040.198

  • Recent activity fits at every width — titles keep their room and the time moves under the title when space is tight, so entries no longer break into a narrow column on small laptops (web).
  • Dashboard widget titles shown in full — small dashboard cards switch to three columns only at wide screens, so titles like upcoming press events are no longer cut off (web).
  • Cleaner newsroom dashboard — stats, charts, visitors and download cards share the same card style as the rest of the app (web).
  • Monitoring table rows — article rows sit at a consistent compact height (web).
  • Clearer keyboard focus on public newsrooms — carousel dots and the footer cookie settings link show the same focus ring as the rest of the site (web).
  • Security check follows your theme — the sign-in security check appears dark when you use dark mode (web).

v0.040.197

  • Charts readable in dark mode — newsroom dashboard lines and bars, progress bars, steps and timelines use a light color on dark backgrounds instead of a near-black one (web).
  • Newsroom carousel you can pause — the hero carousel has a visible pause and play button, stays paused once you stop it, and starts paused when your device asks for reduced motion (web).
  • Newsrooms in every language — the editorial issue number, the custom layout setup screen and the Home page label on the dashboard now appear in your language (web).
  • Sign-in details — the email field is focused when you choose email, your address no longer breaks at a hyphen on the code screen, and if the security check cannot load you see why and can retry (web).
  • Layout fixes — the custom layout builder shows its full title at tablet and small laptop widths, search title panels align their rows, and focus rings on the newsroom cookie banner match the rest of the app (web).

v0.040.196

  • Faster sign-in with an email code — after you enter the code, the dashboard opens with fewer round trips and no longer waits for the AI summary or for sign-in records; the topic summary fills in a moment later (web).
  • System emails come from no-reply@marcomm.works — sign-in codes, new device alerts, invitations and other automatic emails now show a no-reply sender (web).

v0.040.194

  • Sign in with an email code works again — signing in or signing up with an email code stopped at "We could not complete the security check" because the security check was misconfigured on our side; it no longer blocks you when the problem is on our end, while sending limits and code protections stay in place (web).

v0.040.193

  • Missing reporter names fill in over time — every hour, articles with no reporter are read again from their original page, newest first, so older articles catch up with the improved byline reading; pages that have no byline are marked once and not retried (web).
  • Outlet names no longer pose as reporters — a byline that is one word, a web address, or an outlet word (news, biz, daily) is treated as the outlet and left blank instead of being listed as a reporter, while two-word names such as foreign correspondents are kept (web).

v0.040.192

  • Reporter names fill in from more articles — when an outlet lists its own name or a social handle where the reporter should be, the article page is read again for the real byline instead of leaving the reporter blank, and placeholder handles are never shown as reporters (web).
  • Dashboard links to Company News open — the Today board on the dashboard linked to Company News with the organization ID instead of its address, which opened a page not found (web).
