Track what's new in Marcomm.

v0.041.024October 9, 2026
  • Agree before you sign up — signing up now starts with a short agreement step: the Terms, the collection and use of personal data, and the outsourcing and overseas transfer of data are required, marketing emails are optional, and each item shows its details (web).
  • No accidental accounts — signing in with a Google or Microsoft account that has never signed up now takes you to the agreement step instead of creating an account silently (web).
  • Complete list of overseas data processors — the Privacy Policy now lists every company that processes your data abroad, including file storage, payments, sign-in, error tracking and the database host in Singapore, with what is transferred and how (web).
v0.041.023October 9, 2026
  • Every page says who Marcomm AI is for — the home, feature and pricing pages now name PR, marketing and marketing communications teams, and describe Press CRM, the online newsroom, share price and competitor tracking and crisis response in plain words, in all 19 languages (web).
  • How Marcomm AI differs, answered — the home FAQ now explains how Marcomm AI goes beyond AI writing and social listening to cover the whole corporate communications job, in 19 languages for global companies (web).
v0.041.022October 9, 2026
  • Credit expiry explained correctly — the credits page and pricing FAQ now say what happens: each purchase is its own batch and expires 12 months after the day you paid (web).
  • Menu names display correctly — two settings menu names in Traditional Chinese and Thai showed broken characters (web).
v0.041.021October 9, 2026
  • Newsroom stories and announcements save what you write — the body is now saved in full, and editing an entry updates it instead of adding a second copy (web).
v0.041.020October 9, 2026
  • New Terms of Service — the Terms now set out fees and taxes (prices exclude VAT), automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, AI output and data deletion in 25 articles, in every language, with the Korean version prevailing (web).
  • Clearer refund rules — within 7 days of a plan payment you get a refund minus the share of AI credits used; ending an annual plan early refunds the rest after the time used is recalculated at the monthly price (web).
v0.041.019October 9, 2026
  • A product guide that matches the product — all 42 guide articles are rewritten from how Marcomm AI works today, with the real menu names, steps and limits, in all 19 languages (web).
  • More answers in every guide article — each article now explains what the feature is for and what happens next, and answers the questions people ask about it (web).
v0.041.018October 8, 2026
  • Guide articles lead to the rest — each guide article now lists the other articles in its section with a short summary, and links to every other topic (web).
  • Addresses typed in capitals work — an address like /Pricing or /pt-BR now opens the right page instead of the sign-in screen (web).
v0.041.017October 8, 2026
  • A home page about automating communications — the home page now leads with what Marcomm AI automates across your communications, in all 19 languages, with a rewritten FAQ and comparison (web).
  • Every guide article has its own page — each of the 42 product guide articles now opens at its own address in every language, with links to the previous and next article (web).
  • Share cards in your language — links to the site now show a preview image with a line in the reader language (web).
v0.041.016October 8, 2026
  • Uploaded images load in link previews — press kit link previews and the sign-in page image now load the uploaded file through a short-lived secure link, so they show up instead of a broken image (web).
v0.041.015October 8, 2026
  • Search results in your language — every page now has its own search title and summary written for each of the 19 languages, and AI assistants get the same answers about Marcomm AI in each of them (web).
  • Your language from the first visit — opening the site for the first time takes you to the version in your browser language, at its own address (web).
  • Clear page not found — an address that does not exist now says so instead of sending you to sign in (web).
v0.041.014October 8, 2026
  • Press kit link previews show their image — sharing a public press kit whose first logo or product image was uploaded to Marcomm now shows that image in link previews instead of none (web).
v0.041.013October 8, 2026
  • Stay signed in answers go through — after signing in, choosing Yes or No on the stay signed in screen did nothing. Both now take you into your workspace (web).
  • Found in every language — search engines and AI assistants now read each page in its own language, with the page name, its place in the site and its address in that language, and every language version is listed in the sitemap (web).
  • Found by every name — Marcomm AI is now recognised under the names people search for, including Marcom and its Korean and Japanese spellings (web).
v0.041.012October 8, 2026
  • Every table fits small screens — tables with a set minimum width, such as journalists, media analysis, reports and invitations, now fold their detail columns on phones too, and a long title shortens with an ellipsis instead of pushing actions off screen (web).
  • Comparison views still scroll — the outlet company comparison and the plan comparison table keep every column side by side and scroll sideways, since comparing across is their point (web).
  • Sign-in links work again — opening a workspace link while signed out showed an error instead of the sign-in page. The sign-in page now opens and takes you back to that link afterwards (web).
v0.041.011October 7, 2026
  • Stay signed in — right after you sign in, Marcomm asks whether to keep you signed in on that device. Choose Yes to skip signing in for up to 30 days after your last activity, or No to keep the 24-hour sign-out (web).
  • Workspace control over staying signed in — owners can turn Stay signed in off or set its maximum length (3, 7 or 30 days) in Settings > Security. Members of several workspaces follow the strictest setting (web).
  • Signing out forgets the device choice — signing out also clears Don’t ask again on that device, so the next person on a shared computer is asked again (web).
v0.041.010October 7, 2026
  • Tables fit phones and tablets — below 1024px wide, a table that would run past the screen now folds its right-hand detail columns instead of scrolling sideways; the name and actions stay, and wider screens show every column again (web).
  • Cleaner plan locks in the sidebar — modules your plan does not include show a lock icon, with the required plan in a tooltip, so long labels in languages such as Japanese no longer spill out of the menu (web).
  • No more errors from locked modules — on plans without Crisis management, the menu no longer asks for crisis counts it cannot have (web).
v0.041.009October 7, 2026
  • Agency mode retired — the agency dashboard, bulk reports, client switcher, client workspaces and agency-shared report templates are gone; every workspace now works the same way and access is by direct membership only (web).
  • Simpler onboarding — creating a workspace no longer asks what kind of team you are; it goes straight to choosing what to monitor (web).
  • Folder settings, trimmed — the external collaborator access switch is gone from folder settings; folder visibility and per-person permissions work as before (web).
v0.041.008October 7, 2026
  • Site analytics on the new address — Marcomm site analytics now report to a Google Analytics property for marcomm.works, still only after you accept analytics cookies (web).
v0.041.007October 7, 2026
  • Uploads to Content Hub work again — uploading a file no longer fails with a message that storage could not be reached (web).
v0.041.006October 7, 2026
  • Fewer false new-device emails — signing in with the same browser from a network you have used in the last 90 days no longer sends a new-device email, even after cookies are cleared, a new browser profile is used, or the web address changes (web).
v0.041.005October 7, 2026
  • Dropdown search, one look — the search field at the top of every dropdown is now a single full-width row with a thin divider instead of a boxed input, so its outline no longer gets cut off at the panel edge (web).
  • No scrollbars in dropdowns — dropdown and menu lists scroll with the wheel, touch, or arrow keys without drawing a scrollbar (web).
  • Phone country picks the right country — countries that share a dialing code, such as the United States and Canada on +1, are no longer all marked as selected; only the country you chose is checked, and saved numbers open on the main country for their code (web).
v0.041.004October 7, 2026
  • Send failed status for press releases — when a distribution reaches no one, the release now shows Send failed instead of staying In review or turning Published, so you know the send was attempted (web).
  • Fix and send again — a release that failed to send can be distributed again right away, or edited first, which moves it back to draft (web).
  • Article counts without a 20,000 cap — Press CRM outlet counts, Company analysis and Media analysis now count every matching article in the period instead of stopping at the latest 20,000, so the three screens keep showing the same numbers (web).
v0.041.003October 7, 2026
  • Groundwork for an address change — if the Marcomm web address is changed later, pages on the previous address forward to the same page on the new one, while webhooks, one-click unsubscribe and links in emails already sent keep working on the previous address, and custom newsroom domains pointed at the previous address stay verified. Nothing changes today (web).
v0.041.002October 7, 2026
  • Untapped outlets count each article once — in Company analysis, an article that covers two competitors now adds one to the competitor article count of an outlet, matching the total article count everywhere else, and outlet names with stray spaces no longer split into two rows (web).
v0.041.001October 7, 2026
  • Press releases menu, organized — the Press releases menu now opens into All press releases, Write a press release, and a new Feedback & approvals page (web).
  • Feedback & approvals — one page lists the releases waiting on your decision and the ones you sent for approval, with each release version and how many approvers have signed off (web).
  • Approval lines with several approvers — request approval from any number of approvers and CC teammates, or load a saved approval line; the release publishes once every approver approves (web).
  • Rejections come with a reason — approvers write what to change when they reject, and the author sees those notes above the editor while preparing the next version (web).
  • Versions you can see — every release shows its version number, and you can request approval again or withdraw a pending request from the release page (web).
v0.040.216October 7, 2026
  • Press releases sent on the reporter page — the Communication tab now lists every press release that went to this reporter and when it was sent (web).
  • CC kept on later sends — CC addresses on a scheduled or approval-gated press release distribution now go out with it, the same as an immediate send, and a malformed CC address is caught before anything is sent (web).
v0.040.215October 7, 2026
  • Clear where press kit content lives — each press kit section says that saving updates every kit, and the kit pages point you to the Press Kits menu for company, products and the rest (web).
  • Safer section saves — a section that failed to load can no longer be saved empty, and saving two sections at the same moment keeps both changes (web).
  • Kit settings stay separate — changing a kit name, version or visibility never rolls back section content saved at the same time (web).
v0.040.214October 7, 2026
  • Approved press releases go out — a press release distribution that needs approval now sends once the last approver signs off, at the time you scheduled or right away; before, the approved send could reach no one (web).
  • Accurate send counts — the outlet list counts only emails that were actually sent, not ones waiting for approval, cancelled, or failed (web).
  • Delete only when you can — Delete group on the outlet group page appears only for members who can edit (web).
v0.040.213October 6, 2026
  • Same companies in both views — with no company picked, Media analysis now covers the same companies as Company analysis: your company and competitors not marked as group companies. The company filter lists that same set, so the overall article, outlet and reporter counts match (web).
v0.040.212October 6, 2026
  • Press kit sections in the sidebar — Press Kits now opens a submenu: All press kits, Company, Affiliates, Products, Key executives, Media, Press releases and Contacts (web).
  • Manage each section on its own page — add, edit and delete companies, products, executives, media, linked press releases and contacts directly from each submenu page (web).
  • One set of content for every kit — sections are shared across your workspace, so a save updates every press kit at once; each kit keeps its own name, version and visibility (web).
  • Faster kit creation — a new press kit only asks for a name and version and starts with your saved sections (web).
v0.040.211October 6, 2026
  • One total, counted once — the total in the middle of the Company analysis charts now counts an article about two companies once, so it matches Media analysis. A short note explains when the company figures add up to more (web).
  • Same outlet and reporter counts — Company analysis and Media analysis now count outlets and reporters the same way, overall and per company. A reporter is a name at an outlet, so two people with the same name at different outlets stay apart (web).
v0.040.210October 6, 2026
  • Press release sends reach your reporters — emails sent from a press release now link to the matching reporter in your workspace, so send counts and last sent show up on outlets and reporter groups (web).
  • Reporter groups open on click — the Actions column is gone; click a row to open the group, where you can also delete it (web).
v0.040.209October 6, 2026
  • Same article count in Company analysis and Media analysis — for the same period and company both screens now count exactly the same articles. Media analysis no longer stops at the latest 500 articles, and Last 30 days covers the same 30 dates on both (web).
  • Outlet analysis and Reporter analysis — the two Media analysis tabs have new names (web).
v0.040.208October 6, 2026
  • Outlet numbers about your company — the outlet list now counts only articles about your own company, so keywords you removed no longer inflate the article and sentiment columns; other companies live in Compare companies (web).
  • Same numbers in both views — your company column in Compare companies always matches the outlet list (web).
  • Tidier outlet groups — the group list shows the outlet count and the outlets in separate, clearly named columns, a click on a row opens the group, and Delete group moved into the group page (web).
  • Reporter groups match outlet groups — both tabs now share the same header with a short description, and the summary cards above reporter groups are gone (web).
v0.040.207October 6, 2026
  • Compare companies by outlet — a new Compare companies view in Press CRM outlets puts your company and each competitor side by side, with the number of articles each outlet wrote about them in the last 90 days (web).
  • See where coverage was positive — every company cell shows the positive article count next to the total, and a sentiment bar with exact counts when you hover (web).
  • Sort by any company — click a company column to find the outlets that write about that company most (web).
v0.040.206October 6, 2026
  • Newer writing model for press releases — the most refined writing option in the press release model picker now runs on the newest generation of that model, at the same credit cost (web).
v0.040.205October 6, 2026
  • Outlet and reporter groups in one place — Groups in the Press CRM menu now opens with two tabs, Outlet groups first and Reporter groups second (web).
  • Old group links still work — bookmarks to the previous outlet group pages open the same groups at their new address (web).
v0.040.204October 6, 2026
  • Favorite outlets from the list — a star now sits before every outlet name in Press CRM, so you can mark or unmark a favorite without opening the outlet (web).
  • Outlet favorites save again — the star on an outlet page was rolling back on every click; it now stays on (web).
  • A cleaner outlet list — the tab row above the table and the Open column are gone; click any row to open the outlet (web).
v0.040.203October 6, 2026
  • Media analysis filters match company analysis — the monitored target and outlet filters now use the same dropdown as compare companies, with checkboxes, search, company color dots and more than one choice at a time (web).
v0.040.202October 6, 2026
  • One way to set the period on company news — the separate extend collection button is gone; the date picker at the top sets the period for every card (web).
  • Press releases stand out on the article chart — the dot above each day you published a press release is now Marcomm purple (web).
  • Side cards stay put — opening Show more under the stock or article count chart no longer resizes or moves the top outlets and top reporters cards (web).
  • More topics at a glance — top topics fill the card with topics from earlier weeks in your chosen period instead of showing only the latest week (web).
v0.040.201October 6, 2026
  • Sign-in pages in your language — the sign-in and sign-up screens can show a short section beside the form with a headline, text, an image and a button, set separately for each of the 19 languages (web).
  • Sign-in first on every screen — on phones and tablets that section sits below the form, so signing in is always the first thing you reach (web).
  • Safer sign-in links — buttons on the sign-in screen only open secure https addresses or pages on our own site (web).
v0.040.200October 5, 2026
  • Today monitoring side by side — on tablets and desktops, events and coverage tone sit next to each other in two equal halves, with a fuller tone breakdown by level (web).
  • Press kits beside the daily numbers — the latest press kits, up to three, now sit next to the event and alert counts, and the remaining dashboard cards fill a tidy two by two grid (web).
v0.040.199October 5, 2026
  • Simpler today view — the monitoring section on the dashboard shows just its title and the events of the day, without a period picker, shortcut link or extra description (web).
  • Dashboard cards sized to their content — short lists like press kits, reports, PR strategies and upcoming events sit together in compact rows, and recent activity has its own full-width row below (web).
  • Visible focus on table checkboxes — the select all checkbox in table headers shows its full focus ring (web).
  • Security check follows theme changes — switching between light and dark mode on the sign-in screen updates the security check right away (web).
  • Consistent cards — popular press releases on public newsrooms, the refund notice in billing and empty media library screens use the same card style as the rest of the app, and crisis template badges are easier to read (web).
v0.040.198October 5, 2026
  • Recent activity fits at every width — titles keep their room and the time moves under the title when space is tight, so entries no longer break into a narrow column on small laptops (web).
  • Dashboard widget titles shown in full — small dashboard cards switch to three columns only at wide screens, so titles like upcoming press events are no longer cut off (web).
  • Cleaner newsroom dashboard — stats, charts, visitors and download cards share the same card style as the rest of the app (web).
  • Monitoring table rows — article rows sit at a consistent compact height (web).
  • Clearer keyboard focus on public newsrooms — carousel dots and the footer cookie settings link show the same focus ring as the rest of the site (web).
  • Security check follows your theme — the sign-in security check appears dark when you use dark mode (web).
v0.040.197October 5, 2026
  • Charts readable in dark mode — newsroom dashboard lines and bars, progress bars, steps and timelines use a light color on dark backgrounds instead of a near-black one (web).
  • Newsroom carousel you can pause — the hero carousel has a visible pause and play button, stays paused once you stop it, and starts paused when your device asks for reduced motion (web).
  • Newsrooms in every language — the editorial issue number, the custom layout setup screen and the Home page label on the dashboard now appear in your language (web).
  • Sign-in details — the email field is focused when you choose email, your address no longer breaks at a hyphen on the code screen, and if the security check cannot load you see why and can retry (web).
  • Layout fixes — the custom layout builder shows its full title at tablet and small laptop widths, search title panels align their rows, and focus rings on the newsroom cookie banner match the rest of the app (web).
v0.040.196October 5, 2026
  • Faster sign-in with an email code — after you enter the code, the dashboard opens with fewer round trips and no longer waits for the AI summary or for sign-in records; the topic summary fills in a moment later (web).
  • System emails come from no-reply@marcomm.work — sign-in codes, new device alerts, invitations and other automatic emails now show a no-reply sender (web).
v0.040.194October 5, 2026
  • Sign in with an email code works again — signing in or signing up with an email code stopped at "We could not complete the security check" because the security check was misconfigured on our side; it no longer blocks you when the problem is on our end, while sending limits and code protections stay in place (web).
v0.040.193October 1, 2026
  • Missing reporter names fill in over time — every hour, articles with no reporter are read again from their original page, newest first, so older articles catch up with the improved byline reading; pages that have no byline are marked once and not retried (web).
  • Outlet names no longer pose as reporters — a byline that is one word, a web address, or an outlet word (news, biz, daily) is treated as the outlet and left blank instead of being listed as a reporter, while two-word names such as foreign correspondents are kept (web).
v0.040.192October 1, 2026
  • Reporter names fill in from more articles — when an outlet lists its own name or a social handle where the reporter should be, the article page is read again for the real byline instead of leaving the reporter blank, and placeholder handles are never shown as reporters (web).
  • Dashboard links to Company News open — the Today board on the dashboard linked to Company News with the organization ID instead of its address, which opened a page not found (web).
